1. You book online. Pick your date, choose your rentals, and check out. Takes about 5 minutes.

2. We follow up. Between your booking date and your event, we check in to make sure everything is on track. You're never left wondering.

3. A couple days before your event, we'll reach out with a 2-hour delivery window so you know exactly when to expect us.

4. Day of delivery, our crew will text you when they're heading your way. No guessing, no waiting around all morning.

5. We arrive, you tell us where you want the setup. We handle everything — we set up the unit, make sure it's properly secured, cleaned, and disinfected. We walk you through it and we're out of your way.

6. Next day pickup. We come back the following day to break everything down and take it away. You don't have to do a single thing.

Delivery and setup on grass is always free. Here's everything else you might see:

Taxes — standard sales tax applied at checkout.

Damage Waiver (optional) — if anything gets damaged, ripped, or broken during your event, you won't have to pay to get it fixed. It's optional but a lot of families find the peace of mind worth it, especially with excited kids around.

Crew Tip (optional) — our team is out in the Texas heat delivering, setting up, and breaking down your rental. Never required but always appreciated.

Yes — but there's an important safety step involved. Your kids' safety is our number one priority.

When we set up on grass, we use stakes to anchor the unit securely into the ground. On hard surfaces like concrete, asphalt, basketball courts, or artificial turf, stakes aren't an option — so we use sandbags to properly secure the inflatable.

There is a $25 hard surface setup fee to cover the sandbags and the extra work involved. We won't set up on a hard surface without them — it's not something we're willing to skip because a unit that isn't secured is a unit that isn't safe.

Our rentals are full-day rentals from 11am to 7pm. Here's how that works in practice:

We leave our warehouse at 7am every delivery day. Based on our route and your location, we aim to have everything delivered and set up before 11am so it's ready when your party starts.

During checkout we ask for your party start time — this helps us as a small business plan our route efficiently and make sure you're set up on time. The more accurate your start time, the better we can serve you.

Pickup is the next day. We handle everything — you don't have to do a thing.

We get it — Houston weather is unpredictable. We try to be as flexible as possible because we're not here to hold you hostage.

Rain Check (most popular option) — no questions asked. If weather is a concern, just let us know and we'll give you a full credit for everything you've paid. You pick a new date and we'll be there. Simple.
