Richmond FAQ
Real answers, no fluff.
🏆 Which bounce house is most popular in Richmond?
The Princess Palace with Dry Slide. It's been picked for 10 Richmond parties since 2020, more than any other unit. The Classic Combo 4 in 1 is next with 6, then the Dual Lane Sunrise Combo with 5.
🍂 When is bounce house season in Richmond?
All year, with spring and fall the busiest. April is our top month for combos in Richmond, followed by March, October and November. From October through February we set combos up dry, so kids stay warm and no hose is needed.
📅 How far ahead should I book for a Richmond party?
More than half of Richmond families who rented a combo or bounce house booked within a week of the party, and 8 in 10 booked within two weeks. Weekends go first, so book 1–2 weeks ahead to get the unit you want.
🏠 Can you set up on a driveway, patio or turf?
Yes. Setup on grass is free, and setup on a driveway, patio or artificial turf is $25. Our crew anchors the unit either way and walks you through it before they leave.
🎲 What do Richmond families add to a bounce house?
Tables and chairs and yard games. The tables & chairs set (one 6 ft table and 6 chairs) is $32.50, and Giant Connect 4 and Giant Jenga are $64 each. You can add them in the booking form below.
🧼 Are the bounce houses clean and safe?
Every unit is cleaned and sanitized after every rental, and we're fully insured. You keep it all day, and we pick it up the next morning.
